What is Shockwave Therapy?
Shockwave therapy treats chronic conditions by delivering penetrating shockwaves deep into soft tissue, inducing microtrauma and triggering a new inflammatory response. This prompts the body’s natural healing mechanisms. The emitted energy also stimulates cells to release biochemicals, enhancing healing and fostering the formation of new blood vessels in the treated area.
What does it feel like?
A sensation of pressure will be felt over the targeted area during therapy. The treatment is generally tolerated well and can be adjusted to suit individuals needs.
How fast will I see results?
Pain relief can be felt after the first session and the healing process continues for several weeks after treatment. A treatment plan will be created to address your specific needs, but a typical treatment can be completed within 5-10 short sessions, 1-2 times/week.

Fees:
New Patients for Shockwave only – $130
Each session after is $50 per area. (ex. knee and elbow $100)
If you are an existing patient your first session is $20 then it will be $40 per area with an adjustment or $50 if you just get shockwave.
