Mon: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Tues: Closed
Wed: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Thurs: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Fri: 7 a.m. – Noon
Sat: 8 a.m. – Noon
Sun: Closed
Closed Mon & Wed: 1pm to 2pm for lunch.

We are a NON PAR provider with Medicare and will file it and all other insurance as a courtesy to you. All patients, as well as medicare patients will be expected to pay at the time of service. Any reimbursements will be made to you directly by your medical, medicare and supplement policies.
